Shipping is important to us. We are always looking for new ways to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Free shipping from 600€ and above


Zone 1: Orders of £600 or more are shipped free of charge. A €6.90 handling fee applies to orders of €599 or less.
Zone 2: orders of €700 or more are shipped free of charge. A €10 handling fee applies to orders of €699 or less.
Zone 3: Orders of €750 or more are shipped free of charge. A €10 handling fee will be applied to orders of €749 or less.
Zone 4: orders over €1,000 are shipped free of charge. A handling fee of €18 will be applied to orders of €999 or less.

We do not ship to Russia, Kazakhstan, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Shipping taxes

Important note for our customers from non-EU countries such as UK, Switzerland and Norway.

Items imported into the UK, Switzerland and other non-EU countries need to obtain customs clearance. This means that you may be asked to pay additional costs at the time of delivery.

Multiple shipping addresses

We cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend that you place a separate order for each address.

Working days and holidays

All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, except on UK and UK federal holidays. 
If the order is placed before (14:00 UTC+1), it will be processed the same working day.
If the order is placed after the cut-off time (2pm UTC+1), it will be processed the next working day.

Packages are not dispatched from our distribution centres on weekends or on the following public holidays:

Order tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain the shipment details, your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier's site. 
To track your order, click on the tracking number near the bottom of the email. To track an order at KPS, visit the Account Information area. You will need to log in to access your account information.
